The best option how to get there is use one of 12 daily flights to Sayak airport Siargao. Use Cebu Pacific from Manila or
from Cebu City www.cebupacificair.com or from Manila, Clark and Davao you can use flight by Philippine airlines
www.philippineairlines.com .On Sayak airport in SIargao Island just take a Van , to Romantic Beach Villas takes cca 30 min for cca 300 PhP/person. 

You can use aircraft to go first to Surigao City using Cebu Pacific from Cebu City or Philippine airlines from Manila,but after that trip you have to use any boat going from Surigao City to Dapa in Siargao Island.This boat trip is 80 km long and takes cca 1.5-3 hours.

You can use a boat from Cebu City going to Surigao City and from Surigao City the same trip to Dapa in Siargao.
