You can also flight with Cebupacific from Cebu to Surigao or flight direct from Manila to Surigao with Philippine Airlines - www.philippineairlines.com,and than take fast boat(trip cca 2.20 hours) or ferry(trip cca 3:45 hours) From Surigao to Dapa (Siargao Island).But keep in mind that last ferry from Surigao leaves at 12:00 !!!
